With over 15 years of experience in the education industry, 3 years of international teaching and 5 years as a PLC leader, Bec is an enthusiastic and dedicated expert teacher. She is passionate about creating a positive and supportive learning environment, which provides every student with the opportunity to access learning at their point of need. By facilitating the development of key conceptual skills and understandings, Bec is committed to supporting students to build confidence in their abilities, develop a growth mindset and grow a love of learning.

Cath began her teaching career at Albert Park Primary School over 20 years ago. Across her career, she has worked in classrooms, leadership roles, and as a mentor. Cath has years of experience with curriculum planning, explicit teaching of Literacy, Mathematics and phonics, assessment and reporting and working with families to support students. Cath prides herself on being able to establish strong positive connections with students. Taking a strengths based approach she works to understand the ways in which students learn best, in order to motivate and encourage them.
